‘양돈신진연구학술상’ 및 ‘학술발표’ 등 각종 발표 분야 입상 

농업생명과학대학 동물자원과학부 소속 학생들이 (사)한국축산학회에서 각종 수상을 휩쓸며 우수 연구력을 입증했다.

(사)한국축산학회는 지난 7월 5일~7일, 2023년 종합심포지엄 및 학술발표회를 광주 김대중컨벤션센터에서 개최했다.

이번 학술대회에서 동물자원과학부는 양돈신진연구학술상 1명, 구두발표 부분 5명, 포스터발표 부분 2명 등 총 8명 입상이라는 우수한 성적을 거뒀다.

김조은 박사과정생(지도교수 : 송민호)은 양돈 분야 다수 논문의 학술적 성과를 인정 받아 ‘제9회 양돈신진연구학술상’을 받았다. 양돈신진연구학술상은 (사)한국축산학회 포상위원회에서 국내 양돈분야의 석사 및 박사과정 중인 학생이거나 학위를 취득한 지 2년 이내의 연구자 중 양돈분야 연구 및 발전에 기여한 신진연구자에게 주는 상이다.

단위동물영양부분 구두발표에서 하세원 학생(지도교수 : 송민호)이 ‘Effects of dietary Lactobacillus plantarum on growth performance, blood indices, intestinal morphology, and ileal gene expression of weaned pigs’를 주제로, 유명환 학생(지도교수 : 허정민)이 ‘Exploring the impact of crating density and weather conditions during transit on preslaugher losses, meat quality and blood metabolites in broilers’를 주제로 최우수상을 받았다.

이재인 학생(지도교수: 송민호)은 ‘Effects of chronic heat stress on growth performance, rectal temperature, respiratory rate, blood profiles, and immune responses of growing and finishing pigs’를 주제로, 차투랑카(지도교수 : 허정민)는 ‘Assessment of Optimal Methionine Levels for Growth Performance in White Pekin Ducks During 21 Days of Age’를 주제로 우수상을 받았다.

또, 축산물이용및가공부분 구두발표에서 이선민 학생(지도교수 : 정사무엘)이 ‘High-pressure processing on beef: A study focusing on protein digestibility in an infant in vitro digestion model’을 주제로 우수상을 받았다.

단위동물영양부분 포스터에서 박영민 학생(지도교수 : 송민호)이 ‘Effects of dietary supplementation of Lactobacillus plantarum on blood profiles, immune responses, and ileal gene expression of weaned pigs’를 주제로 최우수상을,  반추영양부분 포스터에서 박선영 학생(지도교수 : 서성원)이 ‘Characterization of novel lytic bacteriophages, vB_SbRt-pBovineB21 and vB_SbRt-pBovineS21, as new members of Fischettivirus infecting Streptococcus bovis/equinus complex (SBSEC) from Korean ruminants’를 주제로 우수상을 받았다.
