Value-Up Track (International Student) – Program Guide

1. Program Overview

 - Program Name: 2025 Promising Student Start-up Team 300+

 - Hosted by: Ministry of Education (MOE)

 - Organized by: National Research Foundation of Korea(NRF), Korea Entrepreneurship Foundation(KoEF)

 - Purpose: To discover and nurture promising student start-up teams through stage-based entrepreneurial education, and connect them to the national start-up competition “Challenge! K-Startup 2025”.

2. Eligibility

 - General Requirements: Undergraduate or graduate students (enrolled, on leave of absence, or coursework completed; graduates are not eligible), elementary/middle/high school students, and out-of-school youth in Korea

 - International Student Track: Teams composed of 3 to 5 members, with the team representative being an international student

 - Start-up Status: Preliminary founders or those who have established a start-up on or after February 4, 2022

3. Program Structure

 - Number of Teams Selected: 10 teams

 - Selection Process:

 · Document Evaluation → 20 teams selected

 · Online Presentation Evaluation → Final 10 teams selected

 - The final 5 teams will be selected after entrepreneurial training and will advance to the Integrated Final of Challenge! K-Startup 2025

 - Additional Points for Document Evaluation (3 points max, not cumulative): Completed OASIS program, 50% or more of the team members are international students

4. How to Apply

 - Application Deadline: By April 30, 2025 (Wed), 17:00 KST

 - Application Steps:

 ① Complete the online application form at u300.kr

 ② Upload team information and required documents

5. Participation Benefits

 - Certificate of Recognition issued by the Minister of Education

 - Qualification to advance to the Integrated Final of Challenge! K-Startup 2025

 - Group and personal Trainning, IR pitch training, networking support

6. Important Notes

 - Duplicate application for both General and International Student Tracks(in Value-up) is not allowed

 - Submitting false information or violating eligibility criteria may result in disqualification and cancellation of support
