In particular, Chapter 6, “Establishing a Healthy Research Culture,” mandates the protection of personal rights, ensuring that no violation of rights or dignity occurs. It further stipulates equal treatment of researchers regardless of gender, age, religion, place of origin, or sexual orientation. Additionally, CNU is committed to supporting researchers' freedom by promoting communication and autonomy within the laboratory environment.
